FM3711 通过一根光纤、单模或多模、单芯、1310 nm 波长以数字方式传输高分辨率 VGA/RGB（高达 WXGA）和立体声音频。 非常适合点对点、点对多点和丢包重复应用，它支持 VGA、SVGA、XGA 和 WXGA（640 x 480、1024*768 和 1280*1024，最高 1366 x 768） 或 RGBHV 格式。
