Orders canceled within 3 days, 20% of the price of the items will be incurred as the handling charge.

Orders canceled after 3 days, 40% will be incurred as the handling charge.

50% of the price of the items will be charged as the material fee.

Standard Shipping - the shipping fee is refundable.

Free Shipping - No refund.

The shipping fee for returning items is to be paid by the customer, we will pay the postage for sending the new items to customer.

Items cannot be resold, none-refundable.

Note:

1. If you want to return the items, please notify us by email, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt.

2. Any items must be sent back completely with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method.

60 天退款或换货

我们提供 100% 满意保证。大多数商品可以在收到商品后 60 天内退货。收到商品后 60 天内，如果您对商品不是 100% 满意，您可以退货换货或全额退款（不包括运费）。如果您的退货是由于我们的错误造成的，我们还将退还您的运费。

退货必须附有退货材料授权 (RMA) 号码。要接收 RMA，请发送电子邮件至 sales@fibremart.cn

所有退货必须处于新的、可转售的状态并且采用未经修改的原始包装。定制订单在功能正常的情况下无法退货。定制订单是指根据客户的详细要求进行制造。

60 天后且在保修期内退回工作产品

交货后 30 天后，飞波玛光纤商城一般不接受除已知有故障的产品以外的退货。话虽如此，我们理解有时情况会发生变化，导致客户购买他们不再需要的产品。在这种情况下的退货退款请求将根据具体情况进行处理。在所有接受的请求中，运费不包含在此次退款中。

保修期内退货维修/更换

飞波玛光纤商城从交付之日起为我们的大多数产品提供有限保修。如果某个部件似乎无法正常工作，客户必须退回该部件并附上显示其无法正常工作的“测试报告”，或者联系飞波玛光纤商城销售人员并讨论该问题。

在所有退货情况下，所有退货产品都必须具有由
首先是飞波玛光纤商城。以下适用 RMA 流程：

     RMA 编号必须显着地显示在包装盒外部。
     RMA 编号自签发之日起 15 天内有效。
     退回的货物必须使用其原始包装盒和包装材料运送并预付运费。
     所有退回的产品必须附有装箱单/发票的副本。
     在保修期内退回给您的产品将由我们自行决定通过 FedEx 或其他承运商预付运费运送。
